After a decade of personal growth and healing on her own wild journey, she created Wildness Retreats & Practice—where movement, mindfulness, healing, fun, adventure and as always epic food come together to create something really cool.

Kev is the creator of MythGuided™, an immersive storytelling and wellness project that blends ancient myth with modern mindfulness.
He leads interactive workshops, story circles, and nature-based practices designed to spark curiosity, inspire hope, and help you gently rewrite your inner narrative.
Light-hearted and sometimes a bit silly (in the best way), Kev’s straight-to-the-point style helps break the ice and make things feel less serious – but always meaningful.
He works closely with Jamie Lee to offer support, guidance, and a healthy dose of playfulness, creating a fun and nurturing space to explore, reflect, and grow.
