Join us at the tranquil Château de Grenier for a deeply restorative mindfulness, meditation and hypnotherapy retreat designed to reconnect you with your inner peace, clarity and presence. Set in the tranquil French countryside, this retreat invites you to slow down, take a deep breath and come back to yourself.

Each day includes guided mindfulness practices, meditation sessions, gentle somatic awareness and reflective exercises in nature, all supported by the natural beauty of our organic surroundings. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, you will be housed in a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can completely relax and reconnect.

The retreat also includes a group hypnotherapy session designed to support emotional release, subconscious reprogramming. In addition to the group experience, you will have the opportunity to schedule individual hypnotherapy sessions for more personal and focused therapeutic work (these individual 1:1 sessions are not included in the retreat price).

You will enjoy nutritious vegetarian meals prepared with local produce, time for silence and journaling, gentle movement, and spatial moments throughout the day where you simply breathe and be. Every aspect of the retreat is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reset your mind, and re-align with your true self.
