I am a Level 5 Clinical Hypnotherapist, CBT practitioner, and mindfulness guide, professionally trained and certified through the UK Hypnosis Academy. My work is dedicated to helping individuals release emotional blocks, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with inner clarity, confidence, and purpose.
My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based clinical hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and nature-based healing. This integrated method allows clients to access deeper layers of the subconscious mind while developing practical tools for everyday resilience and emotional wellbeing.
