Join us on a 5-day transformational journey into the legendary Shaolin Qigong practice of Yi Jin Jing — the “Muscle-Tendon Transformation Canon,” passed down from Bodhidharma to the monks of the Shaolin Temple.

Rooted in ancient wisdom and validated by modern science, this powerful system of mindful movement, deep breathing, and inner energy work is one of the most effective tools for natural healing and longevity ever developed.
