Our Guatemala 300-hr YTT explores a fusion of the practice and philosophy of the mystical traditions of Yoga, Shamanism, Ancient Wisdom, and Sound Healing. This training focuses on honing in on your essence as a teacher; following your greatest excitement towards the cultivation of your unique gifts. Through self-expansion and embodiment, we support you to radiate the teachings of yoga in your own powerful and distinct way.

22 Day Fusion & Integrative Foundation

This 22-day foundational framework provides a combination of location-based immersion training and online study. This training is perfect for bridging your spiritual and daily life and integrating as you go, with live calls before and after your training and prerequisite online material as well as a 22-day immersion course to dive deep into personal expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE THE TRAINING WITH:

- Understanding of anatomy of the human body so cueing becomes effortless
- Confidence in creating creative and holistic sequences for your students
- Experience practicing teaching and getting feedback from your student and your experienced facilitators
- Exploration of your own way of teaching and using empowered words in your classes
- Certification to register as a RYT-500 Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance
- Community and support of other holistic yoga teachers
- Song and ceremony experiences that you can share and incorporate into your teaching
- Solid foundational daily practices to incorporate into your life, including meditation, asana and pranayama
- Clarity and focus with a 90 Day plan to this your training into actionable next steps to becoming a teacher
- Transformative inner healing as you uncover new layers of your self, your yoga practice and your role as a teacher

Schedule

6:30-8:30 AM: Meditation & Yoga Asana class (Art of Practice)

8:30-8.45 AM: Smoothie and fruit

8:45-10.15 AM: Philosophy Discussion (Art of Living)

10:15-1:30 PM: Brunch and Personal Sadhana

1:30-2:30 PM: Special Topic, Anatomy or Ethics Discussion (Art of Living/Healing)

2:45-5:45 PM: Techniques class (Art of Teaching}

5:45-7:00 PM: Dinner

7:00-8:00 PM: Kirtan, sharing and meditation (Art of Healing) {every other day}

8:00-9:30 PM: Studying or journaling in Silence

Every 4th day of the 8 day cycle is a half day, and every 8th day a full day of Self Sadhana.

Casa Kula is the Guatemalan home of our Kula Collective co-founders. It is an eco-friendly and nourishing space, filled with all the comforts of home, including healing herbs, tropical fruits, loving animals and warm smiles.

Casa Kula is located in Tzununa, in the western highlands of Guatemala, with stunning views of the serene Lake Atitlan and her volcanoes seen through banana palms, avocado trees and lush green coffee forests.
