Details of this retreat

This shamanic retreat combines shamanic rituals with the use of different power plants like, Tobacco, San Pedro & Yage/ Ayahuasca for the purpose of healing and transformation. We are connecting with our path of the hearth (red road) through personal experience in a group setting.
This retreat allows us to connect with a visionary state of consciousness that can be reached through the different spiritual practices that we are offering.

We are connecting the mind (Eagle) and the hearth (Condor) so that they can fly together in the same direction, in their own space. In this way we are manifesting the shamanic prophecy that has been shared with us to create a better life in which we can live in harmony with nature and the great Spirit.

DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM

Day One

Introduction into Shamanism & Opening Ceremony

The Introduction into shamanism will take place on the first day of the Reatrea. We will be sharing a global perspective about shamanism to have a strong foundation that allows us to stay deeply rooted in ourselves for the upcoming days where we will raise the energy together with the participants of the retreat. You will learn about the shamanic path and the use of shamanic rituals with and without power plants. We will speak about the programm of the retreat. We will practice a shamanic opening ritual for the beginning of our mystical journey together.

Day Two

Temazcal:

In our community temazcal (Sweat lodge) we will be working with the sacred medicines of the Tobacco and a microdose of San Pedro. The temazcal is an ancient tradition that comes from North America from the Lakota tradition. It has become popular all around the world as it is a ritual that connects us deeply with the four elements and with the community spirit.

Day Three

Ayahuasca/ Yage Ceremony #1:

The Ayahuasca/ Yage ceremonies will connect us deeper with the A’I/ Cofan tradition. Wind Disse learned from this tradition through his master Shaman Don Avelino Quenama for over 16 years. His ceremonies for healing and transformation use the energy design of this shamanic tradition with a touch of the andine shamanic tradition that he learned throughout the years from different shamans in the andean region.

Day Four

Ayahuasca/ Yage Ceremony #2

The second ceremony will allow us to go deeper into the work with the sacred medicine of the Ayahuasca/ Yage so that we can experience its benefits on a deeper level. Usually the first ceremony is more about physical cleansing. In the second ceremony we are opening deeper towards our spiritual Vision.

Day Five

Integration Circle & Closing Ceremony

The last day we will be working on a proper integration of the retreat. There will be a sharing Circle where we can share our experience and harvest the fruits of the retreat. There is space to share open questions, commentaries & feedback.
The second part of the day we will do the shamanic closing ceremony of the retreat. People Are free to leave after the closing ceremony.

Directions

Directions for taxi drivers

Arriving from Quito you’ll enter in Tumbaco through the Interoceánica. You will see a Santa María supermarket on your right, keep going straight on for about one kilometer more. Turn right on Guayaquil Street, opposite a “Gasolinera Primax” (gas station) by the “Semaforo” light. Drive towards the “Colegio Pachamama,” cross a bridge over the “Ruta Viva” highway, until you get to a big football field in Rumihuaico area (Comuna Leopoldo Chávez). Go straight up to the hill, after 100 meters the street makes a Y split. Then you keep right (the opposite direction from Pachamama) uphill on the new paved road. Continue 1.5 kilometers, more or less, and on the right side you will see a blue house. Casa Kiliku is directly behind it. Look for the little sign that says “Casa Kiliku lote 169”.

If you arrive by the Ruta Viva from Quito take the exit after “Intervalles,” just after the 8th Km. This entrance doesn’t have a sign, it’s located between “Intervalles” exit and “Tola Chica” exit. It goes up to a bridge that connects with “Calle Carchi”. When you arrive up to the bridge you turn right and continue until you reach Rumihuaico football field. From there follow directions as explained above.
From the airport by the Ruta Viva you enter after “Tola Chica” exit. (KM 8th). When you get to the bridge that connects with “Calle Carchi”, you turn left.
If you take the wrong exit and you enter from “Tola Chica,” you’ll find another bridge where you can turn back and follow a lateral street of Ruta Viva until the bridge that connects with “Calle Carchi.”
