Hi there! We are Ashley and Charlotte...
...two friends who have spent years traveling the world together as corporate event planners based in New York City specializing in group incentive travel.
Working in an industry that is consistently voted as one of the top 5 most stressful professions year after year is not for the faint of heart and has not been without some very trying times.
A few things have remained constant for the both of us. First, we love to explore the world making meaningful connections with those we encounter and we are so fortunate to have built many friendships all over the world. We also believe that getting out of your day to day routine forces you to wake up, be present, and look at things through a different lens. Second, we thrive on hospitality and providing unforgettable experiences to people.
Beyond our day jobs, Charlotte has found her joy through becoming a certified yoga teacher, certified integrative health coach as well as a meditation and sound bath instructor. In 2023, she launched Mindful Moments, which aims to bring mindfulness to corporate meetings and prevent corporate burnout. Ashley has continued her passion for helping others see the world by becoming a certified travel advisor as well as a travel director for corporate meetings and incentive trips.
For years, we’ve channeled our expertise in group travel into creating seamless and inspiring experiences for the corporate world. But deep down, we’ve always felt a calling to take that expertise and craft something more personal, more meaningful—an opportunity for people to truly connect, reflect, and rediscover the joy of living.

Details of this retreat
At our retreats, we invite you to reconnect with the simple joy of living in the beautiful Provence region of the South of France. You'll move your body through intentional morning yoga and breathwork, savor delicious meals prepared by a private chef in our villa, breath in the lavender scented air as you tour around on a bike, wander the famous Provençal markets and meet local producers and artisans while finding unique treasures, and taste the region’s unparalleled wines with local experts.

Schedule
Day 1
Welcome to Provence! We begin today with arrival transfers from the Avignon TGV Train Station. After a short ride, we'll arrive at our beautiful private villa in the heart of the Luberon Valley. After everyone has arrived, we'll have our first wellness session to decompress from the travel day. Afterwards, we'll get to know each other over our centerpiece for the week - the kitchen table and a fabulous dinner.
Days 2 - 6
We start each day with movement and mindfulness, setting our intentions for the day ahead. Afterwards, we'll head out to explore our beautiful surroundings through guided e-bike tours, market days for shopping, vineyard and winery tours, time spent under the Provencal sun at our private pool, and so much more. In the evenings, we come together around the table to discuss the day and connect. We'll visit local restaurants that look straight out of a movie set or dine right in our villa with a special meal cooked by a private chef.
Day 7
Our final wellness activity is the perfect send off before we depart for the Avignon TGV Train Station and bid adieu to one another. We're certain this won't be "goodbye," but rather it's "see you soon."

Directions
Our recommendation is to travel to the TGV Train Station in Avignon. From there you will be transferred to the villa.
Accommodation
Our villa is located on a 5-star hotel property in the stunning Luberon Valley in the Provence region of France. A stone's throw from the main hotel, discover this centuries-old mas, just renovated in the pure Provencal tradition and decorated with the often copied touch of the family who owns the property. Nestled in over 4 hectares of garrigue, planted with vines, olive trees and truffle oaks, with a breathtaking view of the Luberon and Saint-Hilaire Abbey, this 6-bedroom rental house, each with its own bathroom, features a dining room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room, a TV corner and a wine cellar. Outside, you'll find a heated swimming pool with sun loungers, a summer kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor living and dining room with Provencal fireplace and rustic country look, a curé garden and pétanque court.
