Meet Lulu – The Holistic Guide to your inner healing. ‍I’m Lulu, born in Peru, with Spanish roots and a lineage deeply woven into the art of healing and natural medicine. For generations, my ancestors understood the profound connection between nature and the human body, using the earth’s gifts to restore balance and ignite the body's innate power to heal. This wisdom became my foundation, shaping my life’s purpose and guiding me back to my roots. Though my journey led me across continents, from Peru to Barcelona to England, where I taught language and worked in hospitality, my soul was always called to something greater: the pursuit of natural healing. In every spare moment, I studied holistic health, exploring how we can align with nature’s rhythms to cultivate deep well-being and vitality. Even miles away, Pachamama’s call was relentless. I could feel her presence, pulling me back to my origins. This longing led me to train as a Holistic Therapist and Reflexologist, where I discovered the profound connection between emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. In 2019, I embarked on a solo journey across Southeast Asia, seeking alignment between my intuition and purpose. In Bali, I trained as a Reiki Practitioner, deepening my understanding of energy healing and the body’s natural ability to regenerate. By integrating Meditation, Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Sound Healing with a wholesome, plant-based lifestyle, I found my true calling, guiding others toward healing, empowerment, and self-discovery. My passion extends to conscious nutrition, crafting vibrant plant-based cuisine with organic, locally sourced ingredients, and embracing the magic of foraging for nature’s edible treasures. I believe that small, mindful shifts create monumental transformations, nurturing not just the body, but the mind and soul. Now, after over 23 years of living, learning, and growing across the world, the time has come to return home. The Sacred Valley calls, and my mission is clear: to create a sanctuary where people can heal, thrive, and reconnect with their true essence. Together with Phil, my life partner and fellow visionary, we are manifesting our dream—a world-class Holistic Wellness Retreat in the heart of Peru’s Sacred Valley.
