15 Nights CAMP-IN Retreat 2026

We are 30 people from different parts of the world living together in a community  since 2016. We are dedicated to developing new methods of conflict transformation. With our innovative techniques, we support groups and individuals from many countries in their personal and collective growth processes. Over the years we've worked together, we've developed our own intervention and conflict resolution techniques, which we call Doors. Our innovation is based on an interdisciplinary and creative approach: a synthesis of different schools of thought, both scientific and ancestral. The result is unique methods that we employ according to the particularities of each situation. We are a diverse group, with different histories, cultures, qualities, and backgrounds. We experience healing as an ongoing, collective process. We leverage the struggles of everyday life to continue improving our methods and strengthening ourselves as a community. We organize ourselves organically and horizontally. This is possible thanks to the way we relate to each other we've cultivated: authentic, creating deep, empathetic connections. We don't have fixed rules: we use consensus to make decisions and create agreements. The only fixed thing we have is our prayer, the intention with which we walk: For the best of all and for all, For the best of all and for all, For the best of everything and for everything.
