PAUSE & RECONNECT
18–20 September | Mounam Farms, Hyderabad
A 3-day journey into nature, movement, connection and stillness
DAY 1 — ARRIVE & GROUND
From the outside world to being fully here
The first day is about leaving the pace of everyday life behind and slowly arriving — in the space, in nature and in your own body.
11:00 AM — Arrival & Welcome
Settle in, meet the facilitators and other participants, explore the space and have a nourishing welcome meal.
A gentle beginning without rushing into activities.
12:30 PM — Opening Circle: Arriving as You Are
A simple connection circle to get to know one another and establish the spirit of the retreat.
No forced introductions or deep sharing — just an opportunity to arrive, meet and begin building a sense of trust.
2:00–4:00 PM — Lunch & Slow Afternoon
Lunch followed by unstructured rest.
Nap. Read. Explore the farm. Sit under a tree. Have tea. Do nothing.
This is your first opportunity to experience what it feels like when you don't have to be somewhere.
4:00 PM — Forest Immersion
A slow sensory exploration of the natural surroundings.
Walk without a destination. Notice the breeze, sounds, textures, colours and smells. Spend time with trees. Walk quietly. Pause often.
The invitation is to move from thinking about nature to actually experiencing it.
5:30 PM — Movement: Arrive in Your Body
A gentle movement experience to release the stiffness of travel and transition from the mind into the body.
Simple, accessible movement, stretching, shaking, rhythm and intuitive exploration.
No choreography. No performance.
7:00 PM — Sunset Connection & Tea
Slow down as the day changes.
Tea, conversation, quiet observation and an opportunity to watch the sunset together.
8:00 PM — Dinner & Shared Stories
A relaxed communal meal designed to encourage natural conversation and connection.
9:15 PM — Sound & Stillness
A gentle sound experience to close the day.
Allow the body to settle after the stimulation of arrival and give yourself permission to simply listen.
10:00 PM — Lights Out / Quiet Time
DAY 2 — EXPLORE, PLAY & RELEASE
A day of deeper connection with nature and yourself
Day 2 is the heart of the retreat.
There is more freedom to explore, play and experience — while still maintaining plenty of space to rest.
7:00 AM — Wake Up With Nature
Begin the day outdoors with gentle movement, breath and sensory awareness.
Rather than immediately reaching for your phone, begin by noticing the world around you.
7:45 AM — Barefoot Grounding & Tree Connection
Spend time in direct contact with the earth.
Walk slowly, feel different textures beneath your feet and connect with a tree through touch, stillness or simply sitting beside it.
A simple invitation to experience support, stability and presence through nature.
9:00 AM — Breakfast
A slow, unhurried breakfast.
10:00 AM — Movement & Play
A more energetic movement experience combining rhythm, intuitive movement, playful exercises and group interaction.
The focus is not exercise.
It is about loosening up, expressing yourself and allowing the body to move without judgement.
11:30 AM — Mud Play & Earth Connection
Get your hands dirty.
Play with mud, explore texture, create, roll, shape and reconnect with the uncomplicated pleasure of sensory play.
This is intentionally playful — an invitation to temporarily let go of being an adult who always has to be composed and in control.
1:00 PM — Lunch
2:00–4:00 PM — Deep Rest & Personal Time
This is protected, unstructured time.
Sleep. Journal. Read. Sit outdoors. Talk to someone. Be alone.
Or do absolutely nothing.
4:00 PM — Ice Water Walk
A carefully facilitated cold-water experience designed around awareness rather than endurance.
Notice your breath.
Notice your instinct.
Notice what happens when the body encounters something intense.
Explore how you can remain present, grounded and connected to yourself while moving through discomfort.
This is completely optional, with an alternative nature-based experience for anyone who chooses not to participate.
5:30 PM — Nature Play / Free Exploration
Return to a slower rhythm.
Explore the farm, sit by the water, walk barefoot, spend time with the trees or simply wander without a destination.
6:30 PM — Sunset Pause
A quiet collective experience as the sun goes down.
No activity to complete.
Just being together in nature.
7:30 PM — Dinner
8:30 PM — Fire, Reflection & Release
Gather around the fire for an evening of reflection, storytelling, music, creative expression and letting go.
A space to acknowledge what you may have been carrying — without needing to explain or share everything.
9:30 PM — Sound Under the Night Sky
A deeply restful sound experience to close the day.
Let the day settle.
Let the body soften.
Let there be nothing to accomplish.
10:00 PM — Quiet Time
DAY 3 — INTEGRATE & RECONNECT
Take the slowness home with you
The final morning is quieter.
The intention is not to rush towards closure, but to notice what has shifted and what you want to carry back into everyday life.
7:00 AM — Silent Nature Walk
Begin the morning without conversation.
Walk slowly through the natural surroundings, noticing the sounds, light, air and sensations around you.
A chance to experience what it feels like to simply be present.
7:45 AM — Gentle Movement & Body Listening
A slow embodied practice to check in with the body.
What feels different?
What feels lighter?
What are you noticing now that you weren't noticing when you arrived?
9:00 AM — Breakfast
A final shared breakfast.
10:00 AM — Pause & Reconnect: Integration Circle
Come together to reflect on the three days.
Not a formal therapy session.
Not a requirement to share something profound.
Simply a space to notice:
What did I experience?
What did I learn about myself?
What do I want to remember?
What do I want to take home?
10:45 AM — Closing Ritual
A simple closing experience in nature to mark the end of the retreat.
11:00 AM — Departure
Participants depart feeling:
✨ Lighter
✨ Calmer
✨ More grounded
✨ Emotionally clearer
✨ Connected—to themselves and to others
