About this Retreat
The seeds for transforming my life were sown over 10 years ago when I studied to become a yoga teacher in India. At that time, I was pursuing a career in software development and data science while also studying yoga, meditation, somatics, and conscious relating. As my nervous system and body awareness deepened, I began to see more clearly that my career path was not sustainable for my wellbeing, and that my heart was not truly in it.
Over three years ago I decided to refocus my life force in building a culture that cultivates deep wellbeing and relational abundance. Guided by a longing to facilitate spaces that create deep personal and interpersonal transformation, I trained in the Field Facilitator Training (2024) and the Intimacy Training (2025). Today, I host courses and retreats on autonomic nervous system regulation and conscious relating. I am also deepening my knowledge of the body through studying osteopathy and practicing contact improvisation.

When we relate, we easily lose track of ourselves. We get caught in interpretations, politeness, and saying things we donโt actually mean. We long for real connection, yet revealing our true experience can feel vulnerable and scary.
In a similar way that we leave much unsaid with words, we also hold back in our bodies. Our bodies often become frozen as we relate, blocking our aliveness and natural waves of expression. In the rare moments when we do connect through the body, as in dancing or making love, we often drop words completely, even though there would be a need to express something.
What would happen if we bridged these fragmented parts together? Staying aware of the body and its natural movement impulses. Giving attention to aspects of experience that usually go unnoticed or unspoken. Being both embodied and transparent at the same time.
From this, something new can begin to emerge. Something unexpected.
A way of relating without scripts or a fixed destination.
An open space where connection unfolds as a continuous stream of emergence. An entry point into emergent relating.
During the retreat, you will gradually deepen your awareness of different aspects of present-moment experience: bodily sensations, movement impulses, the five senses, emotions, and thoughts or interpretations. You will be guided to find words for parts of your experience that may never have been expressed before, while staying connected to your body and its expression. This might sound like:
โI notice an impulse to come closer to you, and a story that you might not be open to that.โ
โAs i hear you say that, I notice my muscles softening and an impulse to give you a hug.โ
As trust and communication deepen, the interactions may open into explorations involving touch. This will happen simultaneously with guidence around consent and boundaries.

The retreat price does not include food. You can bring your own food or order food to the venue. Itรคkeskus is in 15min walking distance from the venue with a varied selection of restaurants.
