"From the moment of enquiry, I felt safe and welcomed by Dominika and Anton - nothing was too much to ask and no question was too small. Dominika kindly arranged transfers from the airport to our accommodation and everything was really smooth, I felt safe and in good hands every step of the way. Onto the retreat… WOW I have been researching Psyolcibin retreats for years and I think I found the perfect one, it’s completely private, in a nest of nature with the most peaceful sounding stream nearby. Dominka and Anton opened up their home to me and gave me the biggest homely welcome I could ask for. I was at ease the entire time - Anton prepared some food and we then went for a walk around the land, which is just so gorgeous - it felt as if we were in a movie, it felt fantastical even. Out of this world. We walked and talked and got to know eachother in preparation for the ceremony in the beautiful dome Dominika and Anton have built - it was the end of December yet it was so warm due to the fireplace, it was perfect. Dominika guided me through the ceremony and Ive never had a more spiritual moment in my life, its changed me forever, Ive seen things and been told things from my childhood, ancestors and future that I will never forget. I processed so much and was able to see the world and the universe with brand new eyes - not to mention seeing the night sky like I have never before. Out of this world. "We had a wonderful experience at Astraea Flora. The retreat is located in an isolated part of Andalucia. Beautiful countryside all around, magnificent starry sky above. This was our first experience with Psilocybin. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Dominika and Anton were very open and easy to talk to. We spent a lot of time in conversation with them giving us some guidance on what to expect from the experience and how to approach it. They have wonderful pets (cats, dogs and a chicken) which also helped to make us feel right at home. The food was excellent. We were also counselled extensively on safety issues. At every stage we felt completely supported. The ceremony itself was amazing, conducted in a geodesic dome with candles,herbs and a mesmerising soundtrack. It was incredibly powerful but we never felt frightened or unsafe. Would highly recommend it to others and would be very keen to go back. "

"After careful research over several years into psilocybin, benefits and risks as well as how and where to do it, I had my first experience with psilocybin at Astraea Flora in early March 2023 and it was a wonderful experience that far exceeded my best hopes. From the moment I reached out to make a booking to the last moment of my experience when I said goodbye, every single interaction was warm, friendly, and efficient. Throughout, I felt that I am with friends or family, not people I have met for the first time. I was welcomed to the cozy home of a small family and immediately was at ease in the beautiful and serene rural setting. In the afternoon, soon after my arrival, Dominika and Anton got to know me and my intentions, answered my questions and explained the process. Since this is a private experience, they could tailor it exactly to suit my needs and concerns and I had no doubt by the end of our conversation that they really cared and that I can trust them absolutely. My research had led me to understand the importance of the setting (where the experience takes place) and the importance of the person assisting (the sitter). I can point to no specific reason, but I felt a sense of calm and peace and tranquility when I saw the interior of the dome and I was glad to learn that Dominika will be the sitter. I just knew then that I was in a good place and in good hands. I had clear safety instructions and a clear explanation of how things will occur, what to expect, what could happen and what contingency plans were made. Dominika simply exuded a sense of calm competence. Naturally, given this was my first experience with anything of the kind, I had gone in with apprehensions, but Dominika’s competence and warmth were instrumental in easing me into the journey. I cannot explain why, but throughout the experience, I had this overwhelming sense of being in the presence of “good”: there was something good in that space and that I was lucky to be there. My experience was an amazing, wonderful, joyful, positive one. I emerged cleansed, happy and at peace, filled with an immense gratitude for being alive in this world at this moment. I know that not all experiences are like the one I had, and that one can have troubling or painful ones. "Wow!! What a magical life-changing experience this was. Right from the start Dominika and Anton make sure to treat you like family, such kind hearted people who make sure you don’t lack anything in your experience. The food was amazing and so was the location. A place in secluded nature, adding to the grounding feel of the ayahuasca ceremony. It was nice to have a limited amount of people in the group, as it made the experience personal and it made it possible to connect deeply with the other participants as well. The shaman was very experienced and had a lot of musical talent, the icaros he played during the ceremony really added to the beauty and intensity of the experience. The sensory meditation on the third day was profound and beyond what I expected as well. Last but not least, planting your own tree was a nice way to close off the beautiful four days. I am already missing this place and will make sure to go back in the future when I get the chance. I couldn’t imagine a better way to attend an ayahuasca ceremony for the first time."

"This place changed/saved my life! I came to Astraea Flora in a time in my life where I had a lot of stress, anxiety and years of unhealed trauma. I didn’t know what to expect, I soon was humbled. I have never been in a more nurturing environment in my life. You come to Astraea Flora for a very intimate journey with plant medicine and you just feel so wrapped up so you can begin healing. I now call this place my home because it is where I was reborn. I have been to Astraea Flora twice now. The first was for the sacred plant medicine and the second was for a mushroom retreat. Both times were incredible and I received the same level of care. If you are thinking of doing a psychedelic retreat then look no further. It’s such a vulnerable process that you need to be in safe hands and given the time you need to reflect after in the beautiful surroundings. The ceremonies, which are held in the dome and at night, are intimate and the most beautiful thing I have ever been part of. Once you have been here, you become part of the Astraea Flora family, for some that is their only family… but the only family that is needed."
