"I recently returned from a two session visit to esencia plant medicine and therapy. It was hosted by partners Wouter and Aleese ,two profession psychologists.They are a warm ,friendly ,kind,caring and compassionate couple who immediately put me at ease. The sessions took place in their beautiful home in a stunning location in the mountains outside Alicante,Spain.The session room is very comfortable and relaxing.everything is provided for your comfort and convenience.At all times during my visit I felt safe,well supported and in very good professional hands..Everything was explained to me beforehand and there was plenty of time after the session to comfortably talk through my insights and experiences with my hosts. Food and drink was also provided after the session. "After reading a lot about psychedelics and benefits which it brings to psychological and physical state, I’ve been searching for proper retreat with skilled professionals for couple of years, because I had some negative experiences in the past with @cid (but I did them without proper set and setting, and any preparation whatsoever so I had a partially bad trip). When I found Wouter and Alice I booked a session with them. I got all my questions answered by Wouter during our initial call and he sent me the preparation step by step guide on how to properly get ready for the experience. So, I did as I was told. I stopped drinking alcohol for two weeks prior to the session, I focused on healthy food, proper sleep and exercise. Also, I started formulating my intention (basically what I wanted to get out of this experience) On the day of trip Alice picked me up from Alicante and drove me to their house Tibi. They have an amazing place with a beautiful view and lots of pets! We had a little chat about the upcoming experience and I told them that I was getting nervous, because of my negative experience in the past. They comforted me by explaining that it was totally ok, and we proceeded to the room where the session was supposed to happen. Wouter gave me a mushroom tea which was prepared with agave syrup and ginger, which is amazing because I didn’t experience any nausea whatsoever. (Which is usually the case with mushrooms. Ginger is amazing for treating nausea.) The room was very comfortable with beautiful painting in there. The bed was quite nice as well with a nice heavy blanket. Wouter and Alice took care of me during the experience in the most caring way. The helped me with basic needs and wants like water and toilet, and also helped me through the confusing parts of the session, by guiding me with questions. The experience was amazing and otherworldly. I’m not gonna go in to details here, but I definitely got what I wanted from it. I just want to say that there was lots of somatic releases of tension from the body during the session, and at some point I felt that I was like reborn. It’s hard to explain but it is amazing! Also, I have to mention music. It was pure bliss. The playlist is perfectly crafted for the experience and it guided my whole journey during the session! After the I “came back” to this world, Wouter offered me some nice snacks and sugary drinks and guided me out of the experience! We talked about what happened and about the ways to integrate the experience in to my life. After I got ready to leave the room, Alice prepared me some nice pie and some soup. After that they drove me back to Alicante. I am super grateful that I’ve found Wouter and Alice, highly recommended! "
