"I did Ayahuasca on a Friday and Bufo on the Sunday morning before I flew out of Costa Rica. The Bufo ceremony was truly magical and an experience that I would hope everyone could experience at least once in their lifetime. "When I first heard about Ayahuasca and Kambo, I was afraid because I'm very sensitive and didn't really knew what to expect. But after meeting Solete, not even in person yet but through texting, I knew I was going to be in the best hands. "Three weeks before the ceremony, we had couple of back and forth messages, phone calls, video calls to go through the details of the ceremony with Soledad - all our questions were beyond answered. After two pulls you feel it’s magic take over you. My first try was not good because I didn’t take deep enough pulls and ended up just laughing from the little medicine I received.
