Every little detail of this retreat was immaculate, from the amenities, the beautiful land, and the most beautiful collection of souls/staff members. This place feels like home, family, and love. The staff is always there for you, no matter what it is, they are so loving and understanding. Very professional, kind, helpful and their ability to hold space was absolutely amazing! The location is like a little slice of heaven. The lush, green jungle and the sounds of the jungle, made each ceremony that much more special. The accommodations have air conditioning and are clean. The food was very fresh and you could tell it was prepared with love. Upon arrival at Cancun Airport, they had a driver waiting to take me to the location. The ride is only about 25 minutes from the airport which is very convenient. All the extra bonuses you get with Samskara, really make it worth it. The Cacao ceremony, the Temazcal, the extra activities and an amazing massage! The pool is really nice too! The music that is played during ceremony was out of this world. This really allowed me to go deep and have such a powerful experience. I could go on and on about this experience and about Samskara! I'm so grateful to have finally found a place that takes deep inner healing and plant medicine seriously! 10/10 Stars!! Thank you Samskara! "

"I have participated in several plant ceremony retreats in different parts of the world. Those experiences were very powerful but I felt there was something lacking in the energy of those spaces. I'm not sure if it was the Shamans, the accommodations, the other activities available, or the medicine itself. My experience with Samskara Retreats was , by far, the most POWERFUL and most life changing experience I could have ever asked for. The flow and schedule of this retreat is put together so perfectly, thanks to Anna! With the optional Kambo, the Temazcal, the group activities, or the massages, everything was amazing. There was a lot of thought and planning put into how this retreat is laid out. Plant medicine ceremonies are really about the ENTIRE experience. This is truly a profound experience, due to how the retreat is planned out for the week. You can really feel that the Shaman (Arturo) and staff at this retreat are connected to the medicine and are there to serve others in the healing process. They go the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of and that the space is very safe and comfortable. I could really tell that they have been doing this work for a long time. Anna's support from start to finish was so helpful! There were many details to this experience that really made the difference for me. The diverse music played during ceremony was absolutely incredible! The rooms all had very good air conditioning and were very clean. You could tell that the organic, clean, food was prepared with a lot of love and care! The pool was really nice too! It was really great how this retreat is in the jungle and yet so easily accessible from the Cancun airport. Maybe a 25 minute drive. When I arrived at the airport, they had someone waiting there to take me to the retreat. Being in the jungle, you really get to take in your surroundings and feel the energy around you, especially while in ceremony! What a slice of heaven! To see all the participant's transformations from start to finish was such a blessing for me! At the conclusion of the retreat, every participant there looked 10 years younger! They were so full of love and joy! "Doing the retreat with Samskara is definitely in the top 3 things I’ve ever done. The location and retreat facilities are beautiful and Anna and Alicia provided so much for our group. One special callout is their ability to translate everything that’s happening from Spanish to English on the fly (since our group was mixed Spanish/English) speakers. I will say that the start of the week was more difficult for me than I had expected. Anna, Arturo and the other people on retreat really helped guide me through it though and the second half of the week was just fantastic. And you know what they say “No pain, no gain”"

Among all the retreat options in Mexico, this one was highly recommended to me, and I'm really happy to have chosen this one over others. I was part of a rather large group, still I felt a family-like vibe throughout the week, all staff was very thoughtful and respectful towards the participants. I liked the design of the program which allowed us to slowly ease into the experience and experience an individual, yet common journey. "
