Pepe is deeply connected to the path of personal transformation and the work with ancestral medicines. For many years he was part of the corporate world, building his professional life within demanding business environments where the rhythm of the modern system shaped his daily life.

Over time, however, he began to feel a deeper inner calling that led him to question that way of living and to search for a path more aligned with nature, inner awareness, and spiritual purpose.

This search brought him closer to inner work and the wisdom of ancestral medicines, beginning a profound journey of learning, personal transformation and expansion of consciousness. Through the years he has been involved in ceremonial spaces and healing processes, developing a natural ability to care for the energy of the space and offer grounded support to those going through deep personal experiences.

Pepe’s presence is often described as calm, stable and protective. These qualities help create a safe and respectful environment for participants who come seeking clarity, healing and reconnection with themselves.

Eventually, life led him to make a radical decision: to leave behind the conventional path and create a life that was simpler, more conscious and deeply connected to the earth.

Together with his wife, Kaan Ixin, he chose to follow this vision and co-create Aldea Yakunah, a sanctuary in the heart of the jungle where today he and his family continue developing a life project dedicated to nature, awareness and the support of personal transformation processes.
