Rachael has been deeply engaged in hiking and pilgrimage as a spiritual practice for over 20 years and has been cultivating a meditation practice for the same duration. Her passion for cultures and spirit has led her to live in ashrams in India and the wilds of New Mexico, but regards Spain as a second home. After walking the Camino in 2014, Rachael felt a powerful integration of Western Spirituality, yoga and the nourishment of Europe and has been called to share the "Way" ever since. She is a certified yoga instructor, teacher of Bharata Natyam and has walked over 1,600 miles on the Camino de Santiago. When not leading pilgrimages, Rachael works as a consultant for developing small and mid-sized sustainable businesses and has an MBA in sustainable development. Her heart mission is to help people dance through life while caring for our Mother Earth.
