Haytunuri

Haytunuri was born in the Wixarika community in Nayarit and currently is part of the Wixarika community of Tateikie (San Andres Cohamiata). He is committed to the 5 year tradition fo Ekka Teiwari (guardian of the wind). He has held pilgimages to the five cardinal points of the Wixarika culture (Xapawiyemeta, Hauxaman aka, Teekata, Haramara, Wirikuta) leading retreats as Marakame with offerings and ceremonies.
