A lifelong home cook and guardian of traditional island recipes, she shares generations of knowledge rooted in seasonal ingredients, simplicity, and time-honored techniques. Her cooking and hospitality have been featured on Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, My Greek Table with Diane Kochilas, Life of Loi with Maria Loi, as well as in Travel + Leisure, Forbes Travel, and Food & Wine. With warmth, patience, and deep respect for tradition, Mrs. Juliana invites guests to experience Greek cooking as it has been practiced for centuries, slow, soulful, and deeply connected to the land.
