Set in a historic castle in the heart of Alt Empordà, this retreat blends hands-on cooking, local producers, and real-world culinary insight for those who cook with purpose — and those who dream beyond the plate.

This retreat is not only about learning how to cook exceptional Catalan food, with the freshest ingredients. It is about understanding how passion for food becomes a sustainable, meaningful project.
Over seven days, you will explore Catalan cuisine through:

Locally sourced ingredients, combining vegetables, fish/seafood, meat specialties are comined for the meals, and are prepared in the hands-on cooking workshops. Chef´s choice welcome dinner included.
