About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Elena has taught yoga and movement since 2016. Her approach to the practice is rooted in understanding the wonder that a human body is. The styles that are closest to her heart are Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga. The deepest goal of her teaching is to allow the students to safely (re-)connect with themselves. Her classes are designed to emphasise de-stressing of the autonomic nervous system, allowing the space created in the practices to be the space we heal in.
