Why study with them?

I am a meditation and Pilates coach, passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and calm their minds in a gentle, respectful way.

My approach is centered on mindful movement, breath awareness, and presence. Through Pilates, I guide participants to build strength, stability, and body awareness, while meditation offers space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect inwardly.

I create sessions that are accessible to all levels, adapting each practice to the needs and energy of the group. There is no pressure to perform, only an invitation to listen to your body and move with kindness.

My intention is to offer a safe and supportive space where participants can feel grounded, relaxed, and more connected to themselves, both on and off the mat.
