Retreat Facilitator & Plant-Based Retreat Chef

My path into retreat work began in 2015, during a time when I felt a strong need for change and a deeper sense of meaning in my life. This inner call led me to travel to India, where I immersed myself in yogic practice and completed two Yoga Teacher Trainings. That period marked the beginning of a long journey of self-inquiry, learning, and personal transformation.

For over ten years, I have been deeply interested in food as a way to support the body, especially during times of change, healing, and inner work. I have learned from experienced practitioners and completed trainings to deepen my understanding of plant-based nutrition and conscious cooking. My approach to food is simple, grounding, and supportive, with an emphasis on nourishment that feels gentle and sustaining.

In 2016, my path with exploring medicinal plants began. This opened a new phase of learning and personal work, leading me over time to Colombia and Peru, where I have continued to deepen my understanding of how indigenous communities work with sacred healing plants. These experiences have shaped my respect for ceremonial space, dieta, and the importance of approaching this work with humility and care.

Today, I support retreats in Europe as both a facilitator and plant-based retreat chef. My role is to prepare nourishing meals and to offer grounded, gentle support to participants throughout their retreat experience, particularly during integration. I aim to hold a supportive and respectful space that honors both the traditions of the plants and the individual pace of each person.
