About the Teacher

Why study with them?

I was brought up in a family with three older brothers and my mum and dad. My mother was from Sweden and my father from Italy, both have passed away. My upbringing was tough, three older brothers and a narcissistic father. It made me quite hard, rigid and also very distant from my own femininity. My father passed when I was 21 and that changed and shifted something within me. My journey back to myself started.

Since I was a young adult, my intuition told me that I should help others find their way back to themselves, deep down. I have always felt a longing and a pull to do just that, but the path was never clear on what that meant.

What does it mean to find yourself back?

To understand that I needed to do that journey myself and it turned out that the journey was far greater, deeper, more magical, and more expansive than I could have ever imagined.

The journey will of course continue, will we ever be done? What does be done even mean?
Now I have found my way back home. Of course, I take a detour home sometimes and I still discover new rooms but I will never forget where I live again.

I hold space for the medicine from a place of deep presence, integrity, and lived experience. My background is in leadership and professional coaching, combined with energy work and many years of dedicated inner work. Over the past five years, I have worked closely with this medicine and have held space for more than 50 group ceremonies, supporting people through deep healing, remembrance, and reconnection to their inner truth.

My approach is rooted in safety, attunement, and respect for each person’s unique process. I weave together grounded presence, trauma-aware coaching, and intuitive energy work to create a container where the nervous system can soften, the heart can open, and authentic transformation can unfold in its own rhythm, never forced.
