Why study with them?
Meghan has been teaching Pilates for 25 years and yoga for 12. Since leading her first retreat in 2010, Meghan has continued to expand upon what it means to go on retreat. She strives to build a sense of community, non-judgement and a welcoming atmosphere. As a lover of travel herslef, she encourages retreat attendees to embrace the location where the retreat is held and use it to create space for themselves to let go of their daily life - even for just a few days. Outside of teaching Meghan is a book lover, hiker and gardener.
