Residing on the East Coast of Canada, Nicole has over 25 years’ experience as a facilitator, activist, breathworker and educator of holistic therapies with a specialization in supporting the treatment of complex post-traumatic stress disorders (CPTSD). She has researched and studied non-conventional applications of and other plant-based medicines in the areas of mental health, CPTSD/PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, and addiction.
She has assisted in the startup and development of a number of holistic clinics serving thousands of medical patients working hard in the area of education and harm reduction of therapeutic applications of medical including one on one consults and the facilitation of lunch and learns for the Horizon Health network. She has held major roles in business with growing companies, including Skillsoft, Xerox, and Canada House Wellness Group in the areas of health, wellness, and performance.
With a background in health, adult education and transpersonal psychology (Stan Grof), Nicole's focus remains in trauma resolution and works hard at collaborating with a variety of medical professionals and healing practitioners for holistic and integrative treatments in hopes of assisting with the change of current treatment modalities available within local communities through education and public speaking. She has consulted on, and facilitated over a thousand private and group therapies supporting non-ordinary states extensively in Canada, United States, Costa Rica, and Jamaica, her clients include medical doctors, mental health professionals, RCMP, first responders, front-line workers, Indigenous Tribes, Canadian and American veterans, wellness retreats, best-selling authors, international models, movie directors, musicians, and professional sports athletes.
