I achieved success relatively early in my life, running Marketing and Advertising for a big direct insurance group in South Africa in my early thirties and becoming a CEO in my early forties. However, in my mid forties I had a strong inner voice telling me to change everything in my life. It did not make any sense, so I distracted myself with drugs and jacuzzis for four years. What seemed glamorous on the outside was actually a deep dark desperate time on the inside.

Eventually in 2013 after this deep dark night of the soul I heeded the call, resigned, sold and gave away most of my possessions, bought a backpack and an one way ticket to Lima in Peru, which started a five year, 35 country journey around the world. I attended numerous workshops and initiations on spirituality and around the world. My next destination was always based on where the next learning opportunity was.

In 2019 my memoir, JUMP! An epic soul and adventure was published across all major bookstores in Southern Africa which led me to being approached by men in similar situations than which I was in way back then.

It gives me pleasure and satisfaction to support men on this journey, as I wish this type of retreat existed when I was going through deep waters with no one to talk to. I am excited to invite you on a journey into your deep wild heart and a journey deep into the wild heart of Africa!
