About the Teacher

Why study with them?

I am Ebba, a guide for women who are ready to come home to themselves.

My work lives at the meeting point between embodiment, intimacy, nervous-system awareness, and earth-rooted ceremony. I create retreats where women can soften out of the roles they carry, remember the language of their bodies, and meet the parts of themselves that have been waiting for permission to breathe.

Plant medicine, when held with reverence and skill, becomes a gentle midwife of truth. In my retreats it is not an escape - it is a mirror, a doorway into the heart, guided by safety, preparation, integration, and deep respect for each woman’s unique rhythm.

✧ These gatherings are devoted to:

• remembering the wisdom of the womb and the intuitive body
• healing sisterhood wounds and rebuilding trust between women
• meeting life transitions with grounded inner strength
• befriending the nervous system and the emotional landscape
• reconnecting to eros as life force - not performance
• listening to the subtle voice beneath fear and conditioning

Every retreat is a carefully woven container of ceremony, somatic practice, sharing circles, sound, breath, and time in nature - held so you can meet yourself without pressure to be anything other than real.

I work with plant medicine as a sacred ally inside a clearly held feminine field.

The journey is supported through:

• intentional preparation and personal inquiry
• trauma-informed guidance during ceremony
• music, touch awareness, and energetic attunement
• integration practices that root insight into daily life

Nothing is forced. Everything is invited. Your body sets the pace.

✧ These retreats are for women who:

• stand at a crossroads and need to hear their inner voice
• long to feel safe in their own power
• want deeper intimacy with themselves and life
• are curious about plant medicine in a held, ethical setting
• desire true sisterhood instead of comparison

You don’t need to be “spiritual enough.” You only need the willingness to listen.

✧ About Me

My path has moved through many worlds - therapeutic training in stress and CBT, years of embodied tantric practice, sound healing, nervous-system work, and ceremonial shamanic traditions from the Nordic traditions mostly, with influence from Central America. What matters most to me is not technique but presence: creating spaces where women can feel met, protected, and free to unfold in their own timing.

I walk beside you - not above you.
