Sylvia Salcedo is a licensed acupuncturist (since 2005), psychedelic integration specialist, and founder of Well Dosed. With nearly two decades in integrative medicine, she specializes in nervous system regulation, heart coherence, and trauma-informed facilitation.
Sylvia leads live online ketamine integration groups designed to support women working with prescribed ketamine therapy. Her work focuses on preparation, coherence, meaning-making, and real-life integration — ensuring insight becomes embodied change.
Her approach is informed by integrative medicine, modern neuroscience, and the Creation Methodology developed by Armand Bytton. Rather than focusing only on the peak experience, Sylvia guides participants in understanding how perception, bonding patterns, and nervous system states shape their lived reality — and how to consciously shift them.
In addition to her online ketamine integration programs, Sylvia hosts women’s MDMA retreats and structured group microdosing programs centered on safety, sovereignty, and intentional preparation. Across all containers, her emphasis is on grounded facilitation, ethical care, and deep integration.
Trained through Vital Psychedelic Facilitator Training, Medicinal Mindfulness, and advanced programs in psychedelic neuroscience and integration, Sylvia holds spaces that are consent-forward, heart-centered, and beautifully supported.
Her work is designed for women who are ready not just for insight — but for lasting transformation.
