Why study with them?

Daniella has been exploring the world of yoga, mindfulness, and overall wellness for 20+ years. She is a true believer in the healing power of yoga through the holistic integration of breath, movement, and connection to spirit and community. She loves facilitating mindfulness and stress management workshops that are tailored to the person's or group's needs and have worked with a variety of people - from school children to post-secondary students, professional staff, and corporate offices. She is also trained in career development support, helping people in discovering their true paths.

In my yoga classes, I focus on accessibility and intention, blending movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and somatic practices to help people regulate their nervous systems and return to themselves.
