Ying is a London-based yoga teacher and co-founder of YNRetreats, known for her calming presence and thoughtfully guided Vinyasa and Slow Flow classes. With over a decade of personal practice and formal certification, Ying creates safe, inclusive spaces where students of all levels can explore movement, breath, and inner stillness.
Her approach blends Eastern philosophy with Western physical practices, focusing on nervous-system regulation, mindful flow, and deep relaxation. Drawing from her background in movement, music, and creative arts, Ying designs immersive experiences using music, scent, and intentional sequencing to help students reconnect with themselves both on and off the mat.
Alongside teaching yoga in Fulham and Chelsea, Ying balances her life between wellness, travel, and creative expression. She believes that what we learn on the mat can be carried into everyday life — cultivating presence, clarity, and compassion.
Ying’s classes are welcoming, grounding, and deeply restorative, offering guests a space to slow down, breathe fully, and move with purpose.
