About the Teacher

Why study with them?

I am a dedicated yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, trained in the classical tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda Yoga). My foundation is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy, and lifestyle practices.
I have also completed advanced studies at the Divine Life Society, Rishikesh, and have deepened my personal practice through multiple Vipassana meditation courses (10-day and 3-day silent retreats).
My teaching style is calm, structured, and authentic. I guide students beyond physical postures into awareness, breath, and inner stillness. I specialize in:
