Diana Flor – Founder, Guide & Creative Explorer at Espacio Aiyana
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Diana Flor is the visionary behind Espacio Aiyana in Formentera, a creative sanctuary where movement, healing, and expressive arts come together. She works as a therapeutic guide, blending yoga, Chi Kung, dance, massage, somatic art practices and more to support embodied transformation through the body and its stories.
Originally trained in Performing Arts in France and Contemporary Dance in Uruguay, Diana is a French-Spanish interdisciplinary artist, writer, researcher and creator. She has developed her practice internationally — in Europe, Latin America, and Asia — exploring dance, theatre, improvisation, butoh, martial arts, yoga, ayurveda, and qi gong among other disciplines.
Over the past years, Diana has been refining her own methodology called “Corpo’ Sutil” — a poetic and somatic approach to the moving body, rooted in presence, creative dialogue with the environment, and the poetic intelligence of the body in motion.
She offers sessions, workshops, therapies, immersions, and integrative individual guidance (both in-person and online), where body and energy converge through creative expression. As a facilitator and creator of embodied movement experiences and cultural-artistic mediation, Diana supports processes of body-awareness, sensory exploration, somatic practices (including Taoist energy arts), yoga and artistic therapies.
Diana’s teachings invite participants to experience the body as a living territory of listening, expression and transformation — individually and collectively — and to reconnect with nature and inner presence as a source of belonging and origin.
For Diana, Formentera holds a central place in her creative process: the island’s landscape, its living frontier and reflective space have been an ongoing inspiration since 2020, where the sea and shared solitude continue to fuel her work and deepen the connection between body and environment.
