Jason Milne
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Jason brings more than 25 years of experience in the health and wellness field, supporting individuals in healing, transformation, and expanded self-awareness through an integrative mind–body approach. An addiction recovery counselor, coach, and educator with a Master of Education degree, he has spent the past 25 years guiding people to improve their health, realize their full potential, and live more aligned, empowered lives.
Jason’s path began in his youth, when early psychedelic experiences profoundly opened him to healing, spirituality, and a deeper understanding of his life’s purpose. These formative journeys ignited his passion for working with psychedelics as tools for deep transformation across body, energy, emotion, mind, and spirit. His lifelong dedication as a psychonaut continues to infuse his work with empathy, insight, and lived wisdom.
A devoted yogi and master teacher of yoga, meditation, and breathwork, Jason integrates these disciplines as foundational pillars of the retreat experience. These practices are central to his own daily life—he truly lives what he teaches—and they play a crucial role in supporting participants before, during, and after their psychedelic journeys. Through intentional preparation practices and a strong focus on post-journey integration, Jason helps participants embody their insights and anchor meaningful change into their daily lives.
Since 2007, Jason has been facilitating group work and leading retreats, creating environments where deep inner work unfolds safely and authentically. At psychedelic treatment retreats, he combines meditation, breathwork, yoga, Qigong, mindset coaching, and integration support—drawing from more than three decades of personal practice and professional training.
Jason brings a peaceful, grounded presence to every retreat, shaped by his own long-term inner work and commitment to growth. A compassionate, highly sensitive healer and mentor, he holds space with steadiness, clarity, and warmth, helping participants navigate their experiences with confidence and insight. His retreat philosophy centers on lasting transformation—supporting participants in changing from the inside out and stepping into a more authentic, vibrant, and empowered way of living.
Born in New York City in 1972, Jason majored in Spanish literature and Language at the University of San Diego, before going on to get his Master of Education degree. His passion for teaching led him out of the classroom and into various learning environments around the world. Jason has completed 6 yoga teacher training courses, as a student, in various styles, including yoga therapy, and he has been the lead teacher of 25 yoga teacher training courses. In addition, Jason is a certified breath work facilitator of several styles, Qigong instructor, and Energy healer. He currently thrives in Thailand and loves sharing ancient wisdom and practices with anyone who is interested to learn. His favorite pastime is going deep!
