About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Jakobien offers empathy, sensitivity and groundedness to the retreats. Her curiosity about spiritual practices and worldviews of people across the globe led her to explore psychedelics at an early age. This complemented her other lifelong interests such as travel, arts, shamanism, Buddhism, and Kundalini yoga.
She’s been supporting the psychedelic renaissance in science since 2016, and got trained as a holistic coach and trauma practitioner in the meanwhile. For several years now, she supports people on their journeys with microdosing or full doses. Her special interests are trauma recovery, women’s health, and neurodivergency.
She sees the retreat as an opportunity for both participants and team to embrace the whole spectrum of our human experience ever more fully, and that can bring greater harmony to all our relationships—including the relationship with ourselves, our communities and Mother Nature.
