Why study with them?
I’ve been exploring consciousness, spirituality, religion, science, psychology, art, nature, and healing for nearly 3 decades because I'm a truth seeker and a defender of Love. I’ve qualified in a variety of healing modalities including Chi Kung, Theta Therapy, Mind Scape, Shamanic Soul Rescue, Esoteric Healing, Soul Focused Healing with the violet flame ascended masters, Kundalini Yoga teacher training Levels 1 & 2, Kundalini Yoga Pregnancy teacher training with a direct disciple of Yogi Bhajan and Tantric Buddhism. Recently, I’ve been studying Master Tung’s Acupuncture system that was kept hidden until the 1970s, TCM Acupuncture, Electro-Acupuncture, Homeopathy and Feng Shui.
I rediscovered my eternal spirit when I began to do kundalini yoga on my own in a hotel room whilst working abroad in 2010. This style of yoga is done with the eyes closed which made me look inside of myself and that was the reconnection that I needed. Chronic depression stopped once I was reconnected to my own spirit.
My spiritual experiences didn’t only happen when I was meditating, they also happened at work when I was living my life from a place of courage, discernment, trust in my spirit, and an unwavering commitment to remain humane and fair, no matter what - right alignment to Natural Laws.
In 2019, my spirit guided me to learn about the true history of humanity, ego clearing and multi-dimensionality through self study of the work shared by Lisa Renee at Energetic Synthesis. This was my reunion with my true spiritual family who are also working to achieve the same goal as my spirit - to reclaim humanity from the enslavement matrix.
As I practised ego clearing and advanced in my ability to do detoxing, I began to embody my authentic spirit rather than just being guided by it.
I learnt about my authentic spirit that leads to freedom by experiencing it and not by reading about it nor learning about it.
The offerings that I share are all aligned with experiencing the truth as your own spirit guides you. I act as a steward and a safe space holder. I show you the way to rediscover your own teacher within you and then let you learn directly from it.
When you experience the truth of your own spirit it's often not easy to express it in words. I've been supporting people to reconnect to their spirit since 2014 with private kundalini yoga classes in London or at the beach in Spain, and through healing sessions.
The tools and techniques that I share enable a person to experience neutral faster because we work directly with the eternal spirit. As a Kundalini Yoga teacher I began my work with my spirit. I now teach yoga with acupressure as guided by my own spirit.
I now also work as an online English teacher for kids and adults all around the world - I love supporting others to grow to be their best self.
I did my BSc in Human Genetics at Leeds University and my Masters in Chemoinformatics, followed by a Phd In Bioinformatics at Sheffield University. I was seeking answers to questions that would help me to understand why we are the way that we are. Having seen how corrupt the scientific field was in my mid 20s, my spirit guided me to leave the academic field. I wanted to work with people and gain real life experience of living in this world, so I joined a graduate Management Consultant firm and had a 16 year corporate consultancy career alongside doing my spiritual exploration.
In 2020, I was guided to quit my corporate job and dedicate my time to personal consciousness growth.
In 2022 I retrained to teach English as a foreign language and have been teaching classes since 2023. My classes are focused on learning through joy, seeking truth through learning how to apply critical thinking, freedom of expression, and a safe space for every heart to relax as they learn and grow.
My role here is to protect the children, be that an actual child or an inner child within an adult. I care about each individual because I know they were made in the image of God and I understand that a lot of what's happened to people down here on Earth is through no fault of their own.
In December of 2025 I was guided by my spirit to offer transformational courses for those who want to rapidly grow their consciousness and embody their authentic spirit as part of their service mission to support in the work to liberate humanity. Having seen the rapid changes that are now possible, I've been guided to expand my reach to those who feel like having an online retreat or simply require a safe space in which they can unburden their hurting hearts and return to a more peaceful existence as they untangle themselves from what's causing the pain.
There's nothing magical about this work. It's all down to earth and rooted in truth, because it is the truth that sets us free. When you hold neutral and see the true causation of something, your eternal spirit reclaims that aspect of the organic consciousness and that is how a person is set free.
