Elke is passionate about yoga, food, and traveling. She has been in India several times to study yoga and deepen her practice. Her goal is to share the joy of yoga and to adopt the practice of yoga to individual needs. After having lived and taught in several countries, Elke has now spread out her mat in Sri Lanka where she started her own yoga retreat center together with her Sri Lankan husband Manoj. With an advanced 500hrs teachers degree in Hatha and Vinyasa, experience in many other styles and teachings, a yoga therapy and a Thai yoga massage certification you will be in excellent hands ;-)
