Dr. Zimmerman created Acheron as a center for comprehensive, accountable care for mental health conditions affecting thought, mood, anxiety, attention and executive functioning, and as a setting for growth, transformation, and flourishing. Our practice philosophy is to help people experience trust in themselves and the serene and indomitable power of authentic being.
Dr. Zimmerman practices conventional and integrative therapy as well as psychedelic medication management and depth-oriented individual & group psychotherapy. He evaluates all potential ketamine clients in advance of acceptance into a retreat, and he supervises the medical team of specialists that attend our sessions.
