West Rock Wellness

West Rock Wellness is a warm, welcoming mental health clinic in New Haven, Connecticut, thoughtfully designed to support learning, reflection, and healing. The space offers comfortable therapy rooms, inviting group areas for workshops and integration circles, and a calm, professional environment where participants can fully engage in both educational and experiential aspects of the training. The retreat is intentionally kept small to foster meaningful connections with faculty and participants.

Healthy, nourishing breakfasts and lunches are provided each day, along with coffee, tea, snacks, and refreshments throughout the training.
