Hey there, I’m Ashley.
I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation for over a decade, and my love for this work continues to grow with every class, every retreat, and every person I have the honor of guiding. Movement, breath, music, and meaningful connection have become the anchors of my life, and sharing those practices with others is truly what lights me up.
My teaching blends creative flow, functional movement, breathwork, and meditation in a way that feels both energizing and supportive. I love building classes that challenge you just enough to feel strong and alive, while also creating space for the slower, quieter moments that help your nervous system settle and your body fully rest. Recently, I’ve expanded into sound healing and Reiki, weaving even more intention and care into the experiences I offer.
Music is a big part of my magic. I love curating playlists that carry you through a practice like a journey, helping you drop in, move with rhythm, and leave feeling more grounded in yourself.
Over the years, I’ve led retreats in places like Costa Rica and El Salvador, creating spaces where people can unplug from the noise of daily life and come back to themselves. My style is creative, playful, and deeply heart-centered, and my greatest joy is watching people realize just how capable, resilient, and supported they truly are.
