Alex has been practicing Vipassana meditation for over eight years and has been practicing yoga for more than 5 years and has finished his hatha yoga teacher training in 2016 in Germany. He finished an additional breathwork teacher training with Anthony from Alchemy of Breath, to deepen his knowledge working with the breath and the body. His yoga classes have a strong focus on the breathing and body sensations. These classes are perfect to reconnect with our self, to help to stay present during the practice and in your life and to feel alive. He worked as well many years in hospitality and as a chef in a Restaurant in Germany for people with food allergies. His passion for healthy food is always part of his retreats.
