About the Teacher
Why study with them?
My spiritual journey began in 2017, when I was 22 years old during a period of deep anxiety and emotional overwhelm while navigating university exams in Italy. At the time, I was searching for something that could bring me peace, hope and a deeper sense of meaning and that's when Buddhism entered my life. Through chanting, the power of my own voice and the support of a spiritual community, I began discovering new ways to navigate the discomfort I was experiencing in my body. For the first time, I experienced how spiritual practice, sound and human connection could help me find a sense of inner peace, emotional balance and trust in the unknown. Little did I know that this would plant the first seed of a much deeper journey of healing and self-discovery :)
Years later, life brought me to Costa Rica, a place that profoundly transformed the way I experience myself and the world around me. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, I began reconnecting with my body, my intuition and the natural rhythms of life even though this transformation wasn't always gentle. Through relationships, heartbreak, unexpected changes and moments of deep vulnerability, I began recognizing emotional patterns and wounds I had carried for years that were rooted in me since my childhood. I started understanding how much of my life had been shaped by the desire to feel loved, accepted and worthy, often looking outside myself for the safety and belonging I was longing for. My healing journey deepened when I discovered breathwork and sound therapy.
Through conscious breathing, I learned to connect with emotions I had long suppressed, listen to the wisdom of my body and cultivate a greater sense of inner safety. Sound therapy became another beautiful expression of this journey, bringing me back to the healing potential of vibration, presence and sound that I had first encountered through chanting years earlier. What began as a personal search for peace gradually became my purpose.
Today, as a breathwork facilitator and sound therapy practitioner, I feel deeply grateful to hold space for others to reconnect with themselves through breath, sound and compassionate presence. My approach is rooted not only in my professional training but also in my lived experiences and my ongoing commitment to personal growth and emotional healing. I don't believe healing is about fixing ourselves or becoming someone else. I believe it's about remembering who we are beneath the fears, expectations, and patterns we've accumulated along the way. Almost 10 years after beginning this journey, I'm still learning, unlearning and discovering. And perhaps the greatest lesson I've received is that the peace, love, and belonging we spend so much of our lives searching for outside ourselves are qualities we can learn to cultivate within. My intention is to create safe, nurturing spaces where others feel empowered to explore their inner world, embrace their humanity and begin their own journey of coming home to themselves.
With Love & Light,,
