About the Teacher
Why study with them?
In 2025, he completed his studies at the Academy of Ancient Greek and Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he trained in the Fundamental Principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Acupuncture, and therapeutic techniques such as Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha, and Moxibustion (MOXA).
Since 2013, he has been practicing Taiji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan) in the Yang and Dong styles, as well as Qi Gong. In 2022, he began working as a holistic therapist, offering individual holistic treatments, and since late 2023 he has been running his own therapeutic practice in Kypseli, Athens, under the name Tilemachos Holistic Therapies. He also teaches Qi Gong and longevity practices transmitted at the Daoist Five Immortals Temple in Baimashan, in the Wudang Mountains of China.
In collaboration with the collective Verdic Home Athens, he has co-created a field of research and practice exploring the connection between Traditional Indian Medicine (Ayurveda) and Traditional Chinese Medicine, particularly in the areas of healing and nutrition.
From January to March 2025, he completed his clinical training in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the ESTIA herbal shop alongside his teacher, herbalist, acupuncturist, and Academy faculty member Taxiarchis Panagiotaras. Since March 2025, he has continued working in the same space.
