Giulia
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
She became a yoga teacher here at Floripa in 2021, during the time of the pandemic. After years of working internationally as a professional figure skater and movement artist, the pause led her to the mat, where she found a deeper sense of presence, balance, and connection. Yoga quickly became more than a practice;
it became a path of inner exploration.
With her experience she brings a curious mind and an open heart to her teaching, always searching for new ways to move, feel, and share. It’s important to her to create a safe, welcoming space where people can explore movement and themselves on various levels, and connect more deeply with the richness of the practice. Today, she blends yoga and choreography to guide others in reconnecting with their bodies through breath, awareness, and creative self expression..
