Andrea Spacek

Andrea is an alchemist of the heart, an activator of consciousness, and a tuning fork for Gaia's communication. She is an initiatory guide and somatic teacher devoted to supporting people through pivotal thresholds of transformation.

Her work weaves embodied practice, mythic inquiry, and nervous-system awareness to help individuals integrate change not just conceptually, but through lived experience in the body.

Andrea has spent over two decades guiding students through yoga, retreat work, teacher trainings, and one-on-one mentorship. Her approach is grounded, relational, and deeply experiential - designed for those who sense that something essential is ready to shift, emerge, or be claimed.

She currently facilitates retreats, initiatory coaching, and advanced trainings rooted in embodied alchemy and conscious transformation.
