I help men who feel lost or stuck reconnect to themselves, step into their power, and find their direction.

As much as I love my father, he didn’t give me the guidance I was seeking as a child.

He did his best, but he didn’t have the tools.

For years, I didn’t understand why I felt so lost.

Now I know: I was missing something essential - a strong model, a clear direction, and a sense of initiation into manhood.

That realization set me on a lifelong search.

I spent my 20s traveling the world, seeking teachers, sitting in men’s circles, and learning what true strength, honesty, and brotherhood feel like.

Along the way, I faced my shadows, broke old patterns, and reclaimed the parts of me I had buried for years.

Through this journey, I’ve come to understand the deep challenges many men face today: the silence, the confusion, the longing for connection and guidance.

This is why I do this work - because I know what it feels like to be lost, and I know what becomes possible when we find the courage to face what’s real.

I hold this work sacred.

Sitting with another person witnessing their truth, their struggle, and their potential is an honor I don’t take lightly.

I bring both compassion and challenge because real transformation doesn’t happen in comfort.

I believe every person carries untapped strength and wisdom.
