The Embodied Spiritual Exercises
Bethany is a gifted teacher, retreat leader and spiritual guide. My experience of this class was truly a blessing to me. She was very accommodating and patient with those of us for whom an embodied experience of the sacred was not natural or easy. She has a deep knowledge of the Spiritual Exercises and she is passionate about inviting others into a new kind of experience of them. I thank God for Bethany and for her willingness to share her gifts with others in this way.
