About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Luis Gabriel lineage comes from the Yanacona tribe on behalf of his father and descendent from the Tayrona tribe on behalf of his mother. At an academic level, he’s a graduate in Music Arts from the Universidad del Atlántico de Colombia and has deepened his studies with different masters.
Taita has traveled to many parts of the world learning and sharing the Suma Kaugsai (the sacred art of good living). In Mexico he had the opportunity to scientifically verify the healing properties of plant medicine and sound; using an instrument called Biowell that helps to measure the energy level of the body.
Luis Gabriel has studied since a young age with Taita Juan Chindoy from the Inga tribe of the Amazon basin. His mentorship and friendship has led him to grow significantly as a healer. During the retreat we will be using different medicinal plants and rituals which allow us to remember the ancestral memory that takes us to the fundamental essence of cosmic creation; our life experience.
