Zarah has always been amazed by the capacity, grace and intelligence of the human body and how closely this vessel is connected to our minds and inner being. She has been practicing many styles of yoga for over 12 years and taken 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha yoga, Pranayama and Philosophy, as well as different forms of bodywork (Ayurvedic & Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki) both in London and India.
