About The Teacher

Ivan Zorić's curiosity for body and movement started at a very young age. It was swimming that caught his passion first, which led to 15 year long competitive training. After retiring from a professional career he embarked on his own movement journey. Something which swimming always lacked were the elements of play, self expression and unpredictability, traits which became the main drive in exploring new movement arts. Ivan tapped into various disciplines like gymnastics, grappling, capoeira, spending several years cross training and studying. After accidentally stumbling upon the Movement Culture he turned his full attention to the meta-discipline of Movement and started his own movement facility in Switzerland. Ever since he’s been on the quest to research the raw unrestricted human movement nature by focusing on exploring and experimenting with the most wild, primal, expressive human movement arts. In 2018 he opened another movement academy in Koh Phangan Thailand where he currently teaches his method and collaborates with teachers and practitioners from various disciplines from around the world.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

After having just completed my RYT 200 I have been inspired to further my yoga journey and my own personal journey inward. I have fallen in love with yoga and how it has changed my life and I just want to continue to explore so I can share this beautiful gift with as many as possible. Jessica
